Steven Shaklan is a seasoned learning design leader with nearly two decades of experience creating high-impact, scalable educational products for corporate, academic and government audiences. He is a subject matter expert in learning design and educational technology product development. 

 

He is a former Sr. VP of Instructional Design with ExecOnline, an ed-tech startup providing on-demand and blended leadership training to corporate executives. Programs demonstrated industry-leading completion rates: 91% for scheduled, long-form programs and 62% for short-form, on-demand programs.
